I purchased tires from Mavis tires because of the competitive prices. The manager called me the morning of the service to let me know it may take longer than expected and I appreciated the heads up. The technician was very honest and upfront as there were some items on my truck that I knew that needed to be attended to specifically the rear brakes needed to be replaced and I was aware of that. He didn't try to sell me up on anything else there are some things that need to be taken care of at a full service facility. I appreciated his time to show me what was going on with my vehicle and I had him replace the rear brakes. I was very satisfied and I let the manager know that I appreciated the technicians honesty
