I shopped around for what I needed and Mavis had the best prices. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with positive attitudes! They informed me that it may take longer than usual due to low staffing (which I know is an issue everywhere right now!); but I appreciated that being communicated. They also kept me updated each step of the way so I always knew where my car was in the process (I needed several maintenance things done to it this visit). It actually didn't take as long as I thought it would due to so many customers already being there or arriving. I was very impressed with the level of communication and customer service. Thank you for taking care of me and my car and I will definitely be back!!
