Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires for a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 received ratings of 10/10 Ride Comfort and 10/10 Noise Level. I use E-rated tires on my pickup as I drive nasty roads and haul/tow gear on occasion. No concerns with steering response. Truck responds as expected to every command I give it. Very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride. Much quieter than expected, even at high highway speeds. Though my tires are not exactly to OEM spec, my gpm has not suffered, which is a bonus in today's economy. Haven't seen snow yet so I can't report on tire in snow conditions.
