Ended up being the gas cap like the truck & testing device said. Even though a new gas cap did not fix the problem. The manager didn't ask for a dime. A new gas cap from the Dodge dealer did the trick. Not the one I bought from an auto parts store. So glad the manager didn't charge me as the dealer gas cap was $50.00.
